Recommend a Friend Terms and Conditions

1. In order to use one of our recommend a friend cards your order must be complete and paid for in full. The recommend a friend card will be supplied once your job is complete in our welcome pack.
2. The ‘Recommended by’ section on the card should be filled out by the referrer and then pass onto the person you are recommending ‘The Friend’
3. Once ‘The Friend’ has received the card from the referrer they must fill in the New Ordered Placed By’ Section on the card and hand to a Uniseal representative.
4. The card must be passed onto a Uniseal representative when placing the new order with us to be valid.
5. A maximum of 1 recommendation voucher will be rewarded per household and is only valid on a single order by ‘The Friend’, multiple orders will not count towards the amount of vouchers rewarded.
6. A minimum of £800 will need to be spent by ‘The Friend’ in order for the promotion to be qualified.
7. The recommendation needs to be made within 12 months of the works being completed in order for the promotion to qualify and the vouchers to be awarded
8. The amount of vouchers received will depend on the new order amount. Orders up to £2500 will receive £25, Orders up to £6000 will receive £50 and orders over £6000 will receive £100.
9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with in any other offer.
10. The voucher will be sent via email to the email address provided on the form, the email address must be owned by the referrer.
11. This promotion is not applicable if person recommended is existing customer.
12. Vouchers will be rewarded within 2 months of full payment being received by new order by ‘The Friend’
13. The promotion will not be valid if negative feedback is left on any of our online platforms by the referrer.
14. Any properties used for business purposes including rental properties, are excluded from this promotion.

16. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the recommend a friend promotion, Uniseal reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion
17. Users’ personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. Uniseal will comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018.
18. Uniseal reserves the right to suspend or cancel this promotion for any reason and any pending vouchers will also be suspended or cancelled.
